Including indemnity, Liability, damages liability, and behavioral norms and standards to be met by guests.

By making any payment to confirm the reservation by the Guest, or his agent acting on his behalf, the guest confirms the booking and acknowledges and accepts the following terms and conditions:

The guest accept full responsibility for and undertakes to reimburse the property owner for any damages to the building, property or contents that occurs during their period of occupation, irrespective of whether caused by themselves or anyone accompanying them to the property.

The guest further agrees that he/she and his party will not create a disturbance to neighbors and other guests, that the rights of other guests to have free access and use of the common property, and accepts that the stated capacity (number of people) of the property leased may not be exceeded without the permission of the owner or his agent.

The guest also accepts and agrees that the owner or rental agent reserves the right to unilaterally and immediately suspend this agreement and evict the guest and his party without refund in case of continued behavior deemed unacceptable by the owner.

Detailed description of goods and/or services

AirManage is a property letting business business in the Hospitality industry that provides self catering and bed and breakfast accommodation in the areas of South Africa.

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 days and booking confirmed by way of email or phone communication.

Cancellation and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by AirManage is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, AirManage will refund the client in full within 30 days.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
A 30% pre-payment is required to secure your booking, the balance is due 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made 14+ days before the arrival date, guest will be refunded in full, any cancellations within the 14 days of the arrival date will not be refunded.

Cancellation policy for properties Whaleback Cottage & Rock Inn
Due to the high demand for these properties the 50% pre-payment is required to secure your booking and is not refundable. The balance is due 14 days before arrival and is not refundable.

Customer Privacy policy

AirManage shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.polity.org.za/attachment.php?aa_id=3569.

We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your personal information secure and confidential. We do not share any guest, traveler or subscriber information with any third party. You will always have the option to opt-out of promotional e-mail communications at anytime as we will always include a link to unsubscribe in our mails. By staying opted in, you give your consent to receive information from us. Any personal information collected is inline with Tourism Industry Standards, is held on a secure system with controlled access adhering to the requirements of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act or POPIA).

Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Bank Transfer, Visa and MasterCard.

Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for AirManage via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by AirManage separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

AirManage takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and AirManage chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Variation

AirManage may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
